We need your help so that we can keep helping others

Pinewood School help the Swindon FoodbankSwindon Foodbank works by local people donating food for us to distribute. However, like every organisation we have running costs.

To run a borough wide operation like Swindon Foodbank it costs in excess of £70,000 per year. We make no charge for our work - so these costs need to be met by people like you with a passion for your community.

If you would like to ensure that  the valuable work of Swindon Foodbank continues, there are a number of ways you can donate to help financially support us:

  • Donate on line: using Virgin Money Giving

Download our standing order form and either use the details to set up your standing order through your bank on line or complete it and send it in to the Swindon Foodbank office and we'll do it for you.
  • Donate by text: Simply text SCCP01 and the amount you wish to donate to 70070. For example "SCCP01 £5"
  • Donate by post: To send a one-off donation, please make cheques payable to “The Swindon Foodbank” and send them into - Swindon Foodbank, St John's Church Hall, Whitbourne Avenue, Swindon SN3 2LG.
  • Get together and make something happen: Encourage your business, employer, organisation or friends to get involved. Contact us for details of how your church, company or club can help make a real difference.

Don’t forget - if you’re a UK tax payer you can make your donation larger simply by signing a Gift Aid Declaration. That enables us to reclaim an extra 25p for every £1 you give. Download a Gift Aid form here. (You must pay Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the amount of tax reclaimed on your donations)

If you’re not able to give a financial donation, there are other ways to support us; perhaps you could help us collect food, or hold a fundraising event?
