Swindon You Are Doing Great!

Harvest donations have started to come in but we need more food to see us through the next year so please, keep it coming.

The target this year is to get 30 tonnes of food donated and raise £10,000 towards our annual costs of £70,000.

So far Amy and I have been busy speaking at many school assemblies and the students (of all ages) are really understanding our need and are keen to help. They are also “Popping on a Pound” which will really help us too. Many church communities are also getting behind the campaign as well.

We would like to thank all those who have already donated and would like to hear from anyone else who wishes to donate so we can liaise with you to coordinate where you can take the food or arrange a collection.

Come on Swindon – let’s beat these targets and get the Swindon Foodbank off to a good start for next year’s challenge of ensuring that no-one needs to be hungry in Swindon.
